Emotional and Mental Causes of Illness. The List by Louise Hay.

Emotional and Mental Causes of Illness.

The List by Louise Hay

Many of us are starting to understand that physical symptoms and illnesses often stem from our emotional and mental states. (The Body Keeps The Score is a great book)!

We are bigger than our bodies. We each have an aura made up of subtle bodies, including the etheric, mental, emotional, astral, and causal layers.

Energy healers, clairvoyants, and empaths can perceive or sense these bodies.

While Western allopathic medicine can deliver life-saving surgeries in emergencies and manage symptoms effectively, it often overlooks the root cause.

kate putnam

Since our emotions and thoughts are forms of energy, if they remain unexpressed and stagnant, they can become trapped in the body and obstruct the flow of energy.

Trauma or inherited cellular memories can also cause the meridians, through which chi or prana flows, to function poorly.

Reiki and other modalities that work with the energy field can produce lasting healing effects when the energies responsible for illness are gently unblocked.

Traditional shamanic techniques, practiced for thousands of years, can remove dark energy intrusions and spirit attachments, as well as offer soul retrieval through energy healing and plant medicine.

These modalities, combined with counseling and lifestyle changes, indicate that holistic treatments provide a more sustainable and enduring form of healing.

Many current studies support the effectiveness of energy healing.

This list by Louise Hay, author of You Can Heal Your Life, serves as a helpful reference for your own healing journey.

Working with her suggested affirmations can help relieve the psychic energy trapped in the body, emotions, and mind, creating space for healing.

From my personal experience, this process is most effective when approached multilayered, incorporating reiki, shamanic healing, flower essences, dietary changes, exercise, and nature therapy.

With love and grace,

🌹Kate
