2. Coaching Services

• Refund Eligibility: Coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions have started. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for sessions not yet used.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Events and Workshops

• Refunds for events and workshops are available if:
  • The cancellation request is made 7 days before the start date.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund but may be credited toward a future event.
